Project Management

• Hands on management experience with team sizes of 2-20+ staff with a large variety of resource disciplines ranging from programmers to senior consultants.
• Ability to manage primary staff as well as subcontractors.
• Familiar with project management methodology.
• Skilled in creating project plans, developing budgets, resource assignments, and change management procedures.
• Expert in the use of MS Project and Project Workbench planning tools.

Business Analysis

• Experience as a business team lead managing 2-5 staff.
• Experience in creating business requirement, business case, cost benefit analysis and alternative analysis documents.
• Ability to create data models, fact models, process models, and context diagrams.
• Experience with organizational strategic planning.
• Ability to develop policy and procedures documentation.

Request for Proposal (RFP) Management

Representing a Vendor

• Experience as a proposal manager responding to client procurement documents.
• Ability to manage proposal process under tight timeframes working with vendor staff as well as subcontractors and partner firms.
• Ability to work with marketing staff as well as technical staff to produce realistic, fair priced responses to client needs.

Representing a Client

• Experience with the creation of RFP, ITQ, RFI documents to procure vendor services.
• Ability to work with business, IT, purchasing and corporate legal departments to develop bid documents that allow goods and services to be acquired.
• Experience in creating evaluation and weighting criteria to assist in selection of vendors.
• Contract creation and debriefing experience.

Workshop Facilitation

• Ability to run single or multi-day sessions with a wide range of participants.
• Proven ability to conduct planning and design workshops.
• Excellent interpersonal skills enhance workshop experience.

Web Presence Development

• Experience with design, development and installation of web presence accounts.
• Experience with establishing processes to Internet billing services, client membership management systems, and site administrative tasks such as domain registration and meta tag maintenance.
• Dreamweaver, PHP and MySQL experience.

Technical Research and Advice

• Proven ability to translate technical jargon into language understood by business staff and managers.
• Ability to research trends and make recommendations.
