ESA Consulting believes strongly in giving back to the community.

From 1999-2005 ESA financially sponsored a girls Little League Softball team (who in 2005 went to the Little League World Series). Mr. Solomon was also a coach of the team in 2004 and 2005.

From 2004 to 2011, ESA financially sponsored a girls Softball BC softball team, the View Royal Raiders. He was the pitching coach/manager of the team since the team was formed. The Raiders participated in Provincial championships 2004-2011.

Since 2004, Mr. Solomon has been part of the executive or has assisted the executive of the View Royal Fastball Association. In October 2007 working with other executive members, he made a presentation to the View Royal Town Council and helped secure $25,000 for improving the softball diamonds in View Royal. He along with the parents of the Raiders contributed many hours of labour to building and upgrading the diamonds which are a lasting legacy to be enjoyed for many years by the youth of Victoria.
